A revisitable timeline for the browsing that actually happened.
Timefolio is a local-first browser companion that combines active browsing-time tracking with intentional web collection, helping you understand where time went and keep content worth opening again.

- No sign-in for timing; sign-in required for collection and sync
Track real foreground time
Time accrues only while a regular http/https page is in the focused window, active tab, and visible page. Switching tabs, losing focus, or hiding the page pauses timing. Whitelisted sites create no browsing record.
Keep it local before choosing to sync
While signed out, browsing sessions and site totals remain in the browser database. After sign-in, completed browsing records and collected content can sync to your personal account.
Collection is intentional
After signing in, you can use the browser context menu to save a page, image, or selected text, choose a folder, and add an HTML or Markdown note. Automatic timing does not mean automatic collection.
State the current boundaries clearly
The current public download targets Chrome and Microsoft Edge and uses the Manifest V3 extension format. When product capabilities, installation, or data-handling rules change, the guide and privacy policy are updated with them.
